Work has been separated from purpose. Education from responsibility. Income from ownership. Generations from one another. Too many people are asked to build a life without mentors, durable belonging, or an inheritance they can carry forward.
Valhalla Forge is rebuilding the relationships through which people become capable. Different lodges serve different fields of formation. Each carries the same purpose: form people who can take responsibility, serve others, and help build what comes next.

Work Should Form People, Not Consume Them.
Money should sustain human purpose. Human purpose should not be reduced to making money. At its best, work forms judgment, competence, courage, patience, and responsibility. It makes people useful to one another and carries hard-earned knowledge from one generation to the next.
We are not trying to escape work. We are trying to recover what work is for.

This is not a finished theory presented from a distance. It is work being tested in Juneau—in training rooms, interviews, mentorship relationships, workplaces, and the development of real enterprises.
Field Notes are the public record. We will report what works, what fails, what changes, and what the work is teaching us.
